Hostline provides AI-powered phone answering and customer service solutions for restaurants and hospitality businesses. Our service includes automated call handling, reservation management, and customer inquiry responses.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- • Maintain the security of your account credentials
- • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- • Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Service Availability
While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hostline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.
